Hello, my name is Devin. I am the founder of my clan Axios. I’m making this post to reach out to smaller clans or smaller clan leaders. I am offering a chance to join our clans together, and we will build something special that can feel feel like home to any of the members that we bring in. I’ve done this before where I’ve taken my most active members and joined in with another clan, and the clan was not what I thought it was so now I am Uno reverse carding, and offering this to another clan to make something better than what I have dealt with. Obviously you’ve started your own clan. There is a reason behind it, and I guarantee that the reason that you’re doing it is the same reason that I did it multiple years ago, I’ve been around the ringer when it comes to recruiting and trying to keep numbers active and trying to keep things going, and I’ve done it by myself for quite a bit of time and let me tell you it’s caused some serious burnout over the years. I would love to have admins or co-leaders that understand what we are trying to create and want to help make that vision a reality. Overall here is what to expect and here is what I am putting on the table: * Whenever you join you are going to become a co-leader (if this is a current clan leader reading this). * Any of your current standing admins will also be considered to become admins as soon as they switch over * All the members that you want to bring will become a core foundation of this clan and be treated no differently than the people who’ve been around a while * The name of the clan will also be put up for vote as to what it will be changed to (if you want me to explain why the name is what it is I will) * I want to implement a clan wide voting system for getting new admins involved as well as clan events and raid schedules * The end goal is to create a community based around people becoming friends and communicating with each other and wanting to be a part of what we are building and doing here within this new clan I understand that moving away from what you’re trying to build or doing isn’t always fun or isn’t ideal but also I would push to think it over or talk with some of the other people in your clan and ask what they think about it because what I am offering is a chance for something that you have built meld into what I have built and then we continue to build together as unified clan. I’m also seeking admins so maybe you are just wanting to join by yourself we can also discuss that!
