1. We go to Antarctica with giant cargo ships and heavy helicopters(Pave Lows, Chinooks, Ospreys etc.)
2. We take giant pieces of ice and bring them to California
3. We drop off the ice in lakes/rivers affected by the drought
4. The ice melts, making more water for us. Temporarily stops the drought until it starts to rain in the fall/winter.
There you go! That's what we gotta do in order to fix this.

Or you could just send some Californians to piss in some above ground reservoirs and then the owners of said water will drain it all so you can just ask them to send it to Cali instead of into the Pacific ocean.
-
True, more why for you means less water to melt to form a flood
-
Everyone doing the ALS challenge should go to SoCal and bring their own water with them.
-
Did you know that you only need around 7,000 CH-47 Chinooks to lift a Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier?

i never deal with dry situations ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I've got a better idea why not just flip the US, so Florida is next to the pacific and California is next to the Atlantic Brilliant
-
Why not do something a little easier like pumping the Russian River back in to a reservoir. Or any fresh water dumping into the ocean.
