My name is Michael Spookshow, my GT is DNDSpooks, and after careful consideration I've decided to try to form a new clan of like-minded folks here in Destiny. I cannot claim to have a lot of experience with the game, but I do have passion for it and a desire to accomplish all of the challenges the Architects have designed for us. Enough about me, though, let's talk about the clan. Solus Simul, or Alone Together, is born out of the idea of the shy gamer. The lone wolves, those of us who tend to play solo. I am one of these gamers, and I know that that fact usually makes it hard for us to see the raids and experience the endgame content to the fullest. No more! This clan exists for you, to create a community of other players who want the same experiences that you want. Solus Simul exists for those of us who want to play together, alone. So what's required of you to join this group? Honestly, not much, but the one requirement we have is a biggie. To quote a great duo from before the Golden Age, "Be excellent to eachother!" That's it! Just be cool, and respect your fellow humans (and Exos and Awoken too, okay?). This clan is new player friendly. You don't need a certain light level or raid clears to join Solus Simul. This clan is also LGBT+ / MOGII friendly. Solus Simul aims to be a safe and friendly space for ALL players. In light of recent events in the gaming sphere, I also want to make a point to say that this clan is a safe space for female gamers. No forms of racism, homophobia, sexism, or any other negative actions will be tolerated in Solus Simul. What do we hope to accomplish? Truthfully, I want to do the raids. Solus Simul does aim to be more than that, though. I want to create a community here in Destiny to play together in all of the content. Everything from Crucible to companionship in story missions is the goal here. I can't necessarily say I'm looking to create a super tight knit social community (but if that happens, awesome!), but just a group of cool people to play the game with would be more than excellent. Did I mention that we are gonna get you sweet loot? It's true, Guardian. Alone, together, we will be victorious!
