Why can't runes be transferred?
I have a trillion of these things on my hunter and absolutely none on my warlock which needs them.
Of course with my terrible luck, none are dropping for my warlock either.
Why can't we transfer runes between characterset?

I think this was changed due to that rune exploit before. One way of fixing it was to make sure you couldn't swap full runes in and out of ur inventory it sucks as I would love to love some of mine off as well but once full...they are stuck on you
