I probably spent much more time on it than it should've taken, but I had a few stumbling blocks to overcome (mainly my own hardheaded attitude and not properly looking at the manuals). It would've saved me a good hour had I known that mounts on aftermarket fans don't come pre-threaded...
*I have three things left to do;
• I forgot a pci cable for the gpu (derp didn't think both were needed)
• Bottom rgb strip is tacky af and I need to find better placement for it.
• Cable management (or rather the lack thereof) is absolutely abysmal and I can barely fit the side panel on. It was going well and I had a good idea of how things were going to be, but then the fan cables came around...
Anyways, parts
• Case - Fractal Design Define Mini C
• Mobo - Asus Strix z270g
• Cpu - Intel core i7-7700k 4.2ghz
• Gpu - Asus GeForce GTX Strix 1080 OC
• Ram - G.skill Tridentz RGB 32gb
• Cpu cooler - NZXT Kraken X52
• Psu - Evga Supernova something or other 650w
• Fans - Corsair HD120 rgb x6
• Rgb led strips - Bitfenix Alchemy 2.0 60cm x2
• Cables - Bitfenix Alchemy 2.0 blue
Pics later when I finish the cables and what not.
Pics (yes, I know my cable management is still complete shite)

Edit: I finally realized what has been bugging me... In my worn out state, I connected the pcie cables backwards (over the gpu rather than under as one normally would)... I'm not going to bother fixing it until I have to take off the panels for something.

is it hard to build a pc? im thinking about making one when i save up some money.
-
That cable management is better than when I first built mine.
-
That's a sick build. Congrats.
-
Awesome! Any games in mind for it?

Bearbeitet von Psychic Donuts: 7/23/2017 12:40:32 AMDamn dude. That's a beast. I'm guessing it was around $1500? Your cable management is still better than mine ever will be. Is that a Strafe keyboard? I have one and I love it.

*Goes up to computer* *whispers seductively* "Hey little mama let me whisper in your ear"

I want to make sex to it.

Looks great! Also, I'd recommend a 100 pack of zip ties off Amazon. They'll save your life.
-
How much it cost?
-
I think you should be able to play every game known to man
-
Spiffy. Personally just went with a storebought, myself. Then updating from that, should I need.

Bearbeitet von Demon King Lamb: 7/22/2017 2:18:11 AMI would suggest at least a 750 watt psu. Other than that, awesome build. I'm saving up some cash to upgrade my pc with more ram, storage and DDR4 hardware.
-
I think 32 gb of RAM is a bit overkill

Update bumpu
