[BUNGIE] Raid keys erroneously removed from Character Inventory [UPDATE: 10/19/17]
[b][u]UPDATE 10/19[/u]:[/b] As of Destiny 2 [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/Update/46410]Hotfix 1.0.5[/url], raid keys should no longer be erroneously removed when players create a new character, or when players log in to alternate characters for the first time after the weekly reset.
Additionally, raid keys are no longer removed at the weekly reset, in general.

Through our investigations with internal teams, we have identified two instances where Leviathan raid keys are erroneously removed from character inventory.

To prevent this issue, we advise players sign in with all characters or inspect all characters on the Destiny Companion App prior to completing checkpoints within the Leviathan raid after the weekly reset.

Hey it looks like I have just lost 5 of my raid keys. Have been using the destiny 2 app to move weapons between my characters, but I wasn't moving my keys. (also lost a weapon while moving it) What can I do now?

I lost all my calus tokens and I have not received any more calus token for over a month. @BungieHelp what can i do? I think I lost more than 200 calus tokens.

All my friends gave up on D2 I cant say i blame em, I'm reaally close in following in they foot steps. O not to mention I brought sliver 3'xs and still haven't received it yet. I had to get Microsoft to refund my money. SMH get it together Bungie.

1 AntwortenSo you patch the issue but don't give back the raid keys that were deleted? Everytime I get an exotic it's the same duplicate of the other 5 foetracers I have? I've been trying to get the Orpheus rigs for my hunter from the beginning but all I get is duplicate wardcliff coils or a cold heart. I don't see a point in grinding for exotics or doing the raid when things like this happen.

1 AntwortenAlso has the issue lost 3 keys. 42 pages since September and no mention of reimbursement. That is a damn travesty. Bungie you're quickly committing suicide here. There are so many things wrong with D2 at the moment. I'm sure if you'd delayed it for 3 months to fix stuff OR you did a better with a longer window, better community interaction during, and not so close to release date, then you might have been ok... I think your senior management needs to take a look at themselves and ask how this was allowed to go so wrong

Buenas tardes yo tuve un problema hace unos minutos cuando fui a la torre para reclamar varias recompensas y como no tenía espacio se fueron a cosas perdidas y ahí tenía varios engramas de buena luz y cuando reclame todo ya no estaban mis engramas y en ese caso que procede. We raided Tuesday, had a glitch which caused us to have to reset the game. Came back into the raid and decided to grab the chests only to find out I lost all 3 keys. I was the only one in our fireteam to have this happen. Bungie, can you help restore lost keys or did I spend 4hrs in the raid for nothing? @BNGhelp5

Also lost all three of my keys after beating the raid and then went into Raid again to collect chests. Engine, Aqueduct and Pipeline. 10/19 around 12:30am.

Last week I had the Transfer key, went to go in and use it the next day and it was lost. I was pissed but it was one key so was like oh well. Now, this week I had 3 keys that we got last night for getting up to Calus. I had Ventilator, Engine and Drain keys. It was late last night so I logged off. I logged in today and attempted the NF then afterwards was like lets go open the chests and low and behold all 3 are gone AGAIN this week. If this is going to be a weekly occurance what's the point of even getting the keys? I am the only one in my fireteam that has had this happen. I only play on my Warlock. I played a little on my hunter and titan previously but not for a couple weeks now. I want my raid keys back. I am still trying to reach max power level and those chests help and now that's one less thing to help me achieve it.

1 AntwortenI beat the raid on my warlock on tuesday at around 10 or 11 AM and had three keys. I hadn't reset any characters and Like i stated it was after reset and my keys were all removed. I had pipeline, Irrigation, and Aqueduct. please help

4 AntwortenSo I just completed the raid and had my three keys (Aqueduct, Pipeline, Irrigation). After completing we went to orbit and back in to go to the underbelly for the chests. Upon re-entering the raid my keys vanished. I was the only one in the fireteam this happened to. Any help would be fantastic.

this is a mockery, every week I lose all the keys. Hours and hours of play for a reward. I want your lost keys more than a month to solve the problem
