[BUNGIE] Raid keys erroneously removed from Character Inventory [UPDATE: 10/19/17]
[b][u]UPDATE 10/19[/u]:[/b] As of Destiny 2 [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/Update/46410]Hotfix 1.0.5[/url], raid keys should no longer be erroneously removed when players create a new character, or when players log in to alternate characters for the first time after the weekly reset.
Additionally, raid keys are no longer removed at the weekly reset, in general.

Through our investigations with internal teams, we have identified two instances where Leviathan raid keys are erroneously removed from character inventory.

To prevent this issue, we advise players sign in with all characters or inspect all characters on the Destiny Companion App prior to completing checkpoints within the Leviathan raid after the weekly reset.

Bearbeitet von ZeusTitan77: 10/9/2017 6:55:11 AMI completed the first 3 phases of the raid earlier in the week. Just finished the raid, and got a mega loot key for the Tower. After using that key, my other keys have disappeared, all 3 of them. Very disappointed.

Another player here. Saw the news on this before raiding last night and made sure I didn't change characters before going back for the chests tonight. Logged in, no keys. Not impressed. The problem clearly isn't related to just having different characters as numerous people here have commented they have disappeared anyway.

The keys are weekly rest so every week the keys are removed from your inventory.

This is total BS i lost all my raid keys after spending 10 -blam!-ing hours grinding to get them. Now i cant go back and do any of the check points. All because i have a 2nd character? Figure your shit out.

Hate the fact I had to grind to earn these keys only to end up losing the result of the grind to a coding glitch.

What about the keys we lost due to these circumstances, after spending hours and hours of valued time in the raid just for them to be gone with in 24 hours? How can you compensate all the players who have lost them?

1 AntwortenJust beat the raid. Immediately restarted so we could use our keys and noticed all my keys disappeared, along with the milestone. Very upset over this to say the least.

I just completed the raid and my raid keys disappeared after spending hours on Destiny 2 very annoying as I spend a lot of time on the game and this happens. What can you do to compensate me?

There's more than 2 reasons for losing keys, I got 3 keys Thursday (this week) i have not logged in to another character, re-entered the raid or created a new character and today I no longer have them in my inventory. This is majorly frustrating. Even more so with the lack of a way of contacting someone for actual help. So angry

1 AntwortenJust completed the raid at 0230 this morning for the first time, My fireteam went back to the traveler and right back to use keys. Everyone else still had their keys working just fine but all keys had been removed from my character.

Team Destiny, I just made it to Calus last night and got all the raid keys up to that point. We didn’t beat Calus but when I went back into the raid the very next morning the raid keys disappeared. I haven’t used any of my other characters in Destiny 2 and I didn’t create a new character. So neither of your listed causes match what happened to me. FYI

I also lost my raid-keys, now two weeks in a row (=6 keys!!!)... very disappointing and frustrating... hope that this will get fixed soon, think the only way to prevent this from happening is to get every loot chest directly after you acquire it's key. Will try this next week as I have only one character... pls fix it Bungie...

1 AntwortenJust had this happen to me to. My entire fireteam kept their keys but I lost all 3 of mine. No switching charterers either. Would be greatful if something could be done about this. Missed out on some sweet loot.

ive run the raid a total of three times. was able to open some chests the first run, then the past two have been discovering that the keys completely disappeared from my inventory (without doing any of what they mention causes errors). i know theyre initially there bc i can open my inventory to check them, but in between going to chests they just grow legs and walk somewhere, i guess bungie better be reimbursing us the keys we lost, or at least giving some sort of exotic engrams to compensate for it. realizing ur keys have vanished after completing the raid really puts a damper on things
