How is someone supposed to get Points in Competitive if every two-three games there is an AFKer or a leaver? Seriously... those people are not even punished, report system doens't work, nothing. If you have an AFKer in the team, you know you're basically giving free points to the opposite team and you can't do nothing about it. What should you do?
