Yesterday after release I made a cross-save from my ps4 account to steam to play with some friends on PC. I quit my old clan and created a new clan and started inviting some people, but quit yesterday evening after I got some account errors while playing online. Unsure if they are related to the cross save process.
When I logged into Bungie.net I saw that the character account I created the clan as is greyed out and set as STEAM Inactive characters, as well as a banner on the top of the page that just says:
"CROSS SAVED ACCOUNT
This is not the active clan for this account"
I can also see that the name of my account in the clan has my battle.net name attached, but I have never played Destiny on battle.net before. How should I go about solving this issue? Should I do a PC migration anyway?

Is this issue still un resolved? I just went to make a new clan and it said the same thing as above. Has there been any resolution to this issue?

Go to clan member section on Bungie.net. Ensure Clan join options are set to approval required or open membership if you are the founder or admin. Once those settings are confirmed or set, navigate to the clan profile page and request/join the clan. If you are the founder, you will want to promote that profile that was just submitted to join the clan. I had the same problem but followed these steps. My profile on Steam is now the main founder of the clan I created after leaving my old PS4 clan and creating a new one. Hope this helps!!!
