There's no reason why the hunters standard single throwing knife ability shouldn't instakill on headshot. Shoulder charges instakill, as well as handheld supernova. I cant be the only one who thinks this?
edit: and make the damn arc uppercut do more damage.

As a hunter main....NO. Tripmine however...that needs to one shot.

The hunters uppercut can do 150 damage, that's fine. They can make the throwing knife do about 140 damage, that will be fine. Giving a class a one shot that doesn't meet anywhere near the same charge requirement as shoulder charge or handheld super nova at the minimum should not happen. People can argue the uppercut all they want, once you have to actually Sprint for a set time to do it, sure why not. Right now it's literally activatable from the moment you Sprint. That is no good.

Add a charge time to increase the damage. Allow hunters to hold their dagger in had and throw it a different way for the OHKO, say around the same time to activate SC and youd have it.

Agree, reduce 30% Aimassist, reduce Hitbox 20% and reduce the charging Time for the Ability by 20

Titan main here. I have never played hunter but i dont see how a knife to the head shouldnt be a ohk. Shoulder charge is cool, so hunters should have a ohk even more if they have to hit a headshot. Seems fair. Now, what does warlock have that compares to shoulder charge? If nothing, i also support a warlock ohk

Hunter main here. I can give you one good reason why knives shouldn't be one shot. Knife juggler Bottom tree golden gun has a knife juggler perk that, on precision throwing knife kill, immediately recharges the melee ability. While endless throwing knives are fun in pve, they would be a nightmare in PvP. Especially with the Ophidia Spathe exotic. Grants two knives per charge. Now the middle tree arcstrider uppercut would be nice to be a one shot, the initial impact from the staff would be the kill. The arc wave after would deal regular melee damage.

I think the Tempest Strike one shotting is more realistic. It would give more of an incentive to use middle tree plus throwing knives one shotting would just be annoying.
