I only main one character, and I've noticed that throughout the entirety of Bright Dust being earnable, single character players like me are punished for not playing three characters. Why? Because each week, we can now only earn 600 Bright Dust instead of the maximum 1800 Bright Dust upon completing all weekly bounties from Zavala, Shaxx, and Drifter. Looking back on it, I've missed a colossal amount of Bright Dust over D2's lifetime due to this. I haven't calculated the exact amount due to the Bright Dust bounty changes and the Bright Dust Season Pass reward changes, but I assure you it's easily in the 10s of thousands.
To improve and fix this issue, I suggest making Bright Dust weekly bounties instead be account-wide, with each bounty worth 300 Bright Dust instead of only 100. This way, even players with one character can receive the maximum amount of 1800 Bright Dust per week. Or, if not this, then make weekly Bright Dust bounties from the three core vendors who offer them repeatable up to a maximum of three times, so solo character players would have the option to complete 18 weekly bounties in total, instead of just 6. However, I feel like this is much grindier than it needs to be, and would further punish single characters players even more. However, it is better than not being able to earn an additional 1200 Bright Dust per week at all.
Trying to afford Exotic emotes (which cost a staggering 3,250 Bright Dust per emote!!), other cosmetics, and Exotic ornaments quickly bankrupts me, as I do not have the luxury of being able to earn 1800 Bright Dust per week. I feel like these proposed solutions would be a good balance between working to earn the extra Bright Dust, as players with three characters do, rather than just handing it out for free. Please tell me what you think below.

If the bounties were account wide that would be great! I wouldn't have to play so much just to complete them.
