Seems to be whiffing more than it ever did. It could be the low population and a connectivity problem, but I will hit targets and they will take no damage. The burst of Strand won't occur. They may even be pushed away. The hit detection seems off. Somewhat like when you do a melee lunge all the way to the target and... Nothing. Edit: The Grapple melee
