I have found that by using the weapon atuning statues in the hall of champions, while it does increase the drop rate of that specific weapon, you are less likely to get a shiny to drop for any weapon, i did every run last week with the Mountaintop statue active, i did not get a single shiny weapon to drop, i turned off the statue, and got 3 shiny weapons to drop in consecutive boss rounds
