Recently, I’ll load in and my controller doesn’t vibrate as it should in jumps or gunfire. It’s not all the time, but when it does, the only thing that seems to fix it is to restart my PS5.

Hi there. Do you have another controller you can try? D2 game settings only offers the ability to turn vibration on or off, so if you're experiencing inconsistent vibrations your controller may be dying or you need to do some resetting of your controller and console. We've not seen any other reports of controller vibration issues being reported recently, so if every controller you try has this issue, I would suggest checking out Playstation Support for help.
