My friend swapped from playstation to pc and lost forskaen and lightfall deluxe

All of the images above are the closest we could get for proof but these are all screenshots from his discord screenshare, you can see his discord name in the bottom left corner. he recently bought a pc after playing on playstation for years and after swapping has lost two DLC's Lightfall deluxe edition and forsaken although he has went through the cross progression system. he has kept shadowkeep, beyond light and witch queen although not spending money on the pc version of destiny. is it possible to get them back for free or does he have to purchase them again.

He has access to Shadowkeep, Beyond Light and Witch Queen due to a current PS/PC promotion that makes them free to access until The Final Shape (I think the first two will remain as owned even when this period ends). However otherwise, yes it is correct that he is unable to access Forsaken and Lightfall on PC. The platforms sell DLC licences and all of them want their cut. If you want to play them on PC then you need to own them on whichever storefront you play the game on.
