So conditional finality shotgun nerf?
I'm guessing it's due a nerf after pantheon leaves otherwise they'll loose players in the raid section aswel it only makes sense tbh when something like the lament has been nerfed.
The shotgun has been meta since before and after immortal smg nerf so it makes sense that it will be nerfed due to player usage and the nerf to bubble and well makes me think 🤔 raid shotti that's what's next on the chopping board

That's comming from someone who has field tested this weapon. Also the weapon is locked behind Rhulk/Nezarec pantheon (or random drop from RoN), which by your logic is an impossible task for many.
