Unable to unlock extra loadout slots
I've well understood the requirements to unlock them & have done so months ago, but mine never unlocked. i know its a small thing, but id love to have something i earned. is there any way to get them or am I just out of luck,

You haven't reached GR 8 to unlock access to the requirement that grants the last 4 loadout slots.
