Crucible needs better loot, more often. In all game modes. Loot that is actually desirable to chase.
There are exotics that are locked behind PVE and raids, there should be good weapons and exotics for PVP as well. Doesn't have to be overpowered, just on even ground with the rest of the game.
Balance is good, but fun is better. Fun shouldn't be sacrificed for the sake of balance.
And don't penalizing players for being good. Example, nerfing the performance of shooting while sliding or jumping. If you can hit a moving target while jumping in the air, then good for you!
Widen the skill gap, that will give players a lot of room to grow. Players will gradually develop in their crucible journey. They're ups and downs but enjoy the growth process. As players practice and gain experience, they're efforts are rewarded.

Make base sprint and slide exactly like speed boot sprint and slide.

Bearbeitet von Willakkuma: 6/10/2024 2:58:53 AMLoot incentivized PvP is a proven epic failure in this PvP. Billions of play hours have the final say on this one.....which is why you didn't see any additional PvP changes in the TFS.. This PvP is now curated entirely differently than it was a year or even six months ago. PvP got it's changes dropped three months early in March, (originally planned as release with the rest of TFS). What's that tell you? This was done in emergency rescue mode after base population dropped to 5% in February. It was a 180 course correction measure on failures from the past bringing it to that point. We just received two new arsenals in Brave and TFS, plus un-sunsetting, new weapon crafting and enhancement options all over the place including Raid Adepts, new exotic armor upgradeable to Artifce, and.a new subclass. Plenty of new ways to kill guardians in PvP. I'd wager PvP is staying it's corrective measures course - PvP for PvP players. This playlist needs to remain the - play it because you enjoy it - mode that it's finally been returned to after years of devolution and neglect. Besides, when has a Shaxx offering via regular Crucible ever run the roost? The best PvP weapons have far & away come from the PvE side of the game. There's also Mayhem. Team Scorched, and Sparrow Control in rotation for a different mind of fun. Dont forget Private Match where it can be pretty much anything you want it to be. Now when it comes to Comp there's still a lot of work that could be done.....but I believe its going to remain the farm-fest / cluster mess for the masses it's become. The only way to rescue the mode is replace the bracket system that never made sense....and remove tilted objectives modes designed to "be inclusive". A return to Survival + one truly stand - out weapon as pinnacle reward reminiscent of the old Unbroken days with the likes of Redrix's, Mountaintop, Recluse....would be fitting.

I will say that for me the main draw for PvP is just the fun from competition and getting better and improving my skill but it would be great to have loot incentive for improvement also. -
The option to use whatever you want and remain competitive is fun. If one option is much better than other options, you don't really have a choice but to use that option. Therefore, Bungie balances things as much as they can. To promote variety. Because variety is keeps things fun. It's hilarious that you think broken builds make the game fun.

When we have fun… like ability spam or graviton, all the hand cannon mains that want destiny to become cs or cod cry and cry
Example, nerfing the performance of shooting while sliding or jumping.
For some people... according to who knows what. It would be nice for it to just work, then if you like it you play it and if you don't you don't. Kind of like the way most of PvE works. More weapons would also be awesome but then all these people talking about how they won't play PvP for pathfinder paths will start singing and different tune. And then there goes the sliding while shooting... for some people.

If you get gold rank or higher in comp, you get all sorts of loot, xp, and extra perks on Shax weapons. I'll get like 20 engrams in an hour and you can focus Better Devils for just 1 engram. Made getting a good roll a breeze

When has it ever been balanced?
