Hi, my son (12) has been unable to activate voice and text chat. On both XBox Family settings as well as Bungie Family settings, I have added him to my family and basically given him full access to everything possible. Yet, it still isn't working. He's a skilled player but unable to do raids bc he gets kicked since he cannot communicate. (We tested XBox party chat, and that's working fine, but given D2 is crossplay, XBox party chat is not a universal way to communicate with other platforms) Anyone able to help solve this issue?
