I tried experimenting with transcendence regeneration ideas and naturally wanted to use one of these fragments. However, upon using them in my build, i found the darkness gain from Sacrifice and light gain from Devotion is the normal amount. I use combo blow, grapple, and Facet of Dawn for my solar buff to proc Sacrifice, and the regeneration for Darkness is the same as it is normally. I tried the same thing with Devotion and used Winter's Shroud for Proc, and it still seems to be the same since combo blow gives good gains already. These fragments seem very useless if it's intended, but it really doesn't add up, so i believe they are both bugged. I don't watch build videos cause i like doing my own thing, so maybe I'm just not getting something that Bungie hasn't specified for said fragments cause it states ABILITY FINAL BLOWS (Combo Blow and Grapple) for Sacrifice and DARKNESS DEBUFFED ENEMY KILLS (Winter's Shroud) for Devotion. What is going on??? Maybe this was mentioned in a YouTube video? Apologies if I'm repeating known issues.
