I'm experiencing a problem with the Cross Save feature in Destiny 2. Despite selecting Steam as my active account in the Bungie app, I can't create a new character on Steam without it being linked to my PlayStation Network (PSN) account. Furthermore, I have an existing character on my Steam account that I can see in the Bungie app, but it doesn't appear in the game—only my PSN characters show up.
I no longer own a PS5, so I can't access my PSN characters that way. Additionally, I recently purchased Silver via Steam, and I'm unable to disable Cross Save due to this purchase.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? I’d like to access my Steam character and create new characters under my Steam account.

Hey there, PSN is currently set as your Active account (you can see this when you select a character), so any character you make while playing on any of the linked platforms (XBox or Steam) gets made on this PSN profile. I can see you have a Warlock on Steam, but this is a dormant account so the character is inaccessible. To access the Steam character, you'd need to cancel cross-save. That would return the PSN characters to being PSN-only and re-enable the Steam character while playing on Steam. However, unfortunately all cooldowns are mandatory, they cannot be reduced or bypassed. You'd have to wait it out.
