OK I haven't seen a post about an In-Depth way to get the gun, so I decided to make one. It took me about an hr to get it. I was farming rocketyard at first, and after about killing Blade of Crota 7x, I gave up. I managed to get legendary and rare engrams tho lol. Then I started farming Fist of Crota. Didnt kill anyone but BoC and the acolytes summoning him. I had the black wax idol on, but it just wasn't working for me. Glimmer is fine, but I wanted that damn weapon. So after about 9x, I wanted to see what would happen w.o the idol on, and it finally dropped. THIS IS WHAT I DID STEP BY STEP: 1. Hopped on sparrow and just ran thru everyone until I got to BoC 2. Allowed the Acos to summon BoC 3. Killed BoC with an AR (Payback) I dont know why everyone is saying its an engram or something, but when I got it, it just popped up on the side of the screen the same way engrams/weapons pop up. I am a lvl31 warlock but I was leveling Voidfang 2.0 at the time, thus making me lvl30. If you have any more questions, just ask. And my psn is ray908. I have the gun equipped.
