PSN account got banned and cant log back in to deactivate cross save to link to new account
like 2 years go i got banned on my playstation account, i cannot log back into the account to deactivate cross save the PSN account, i want to link it to a new playstation account but cannot because my old playstation account got banned and Playstation webisite wont let me sign into old playstation account causing me not to be able to disable the old playstation account, any ideas?

Why did you get banned

To be able to deactivate cross-save and unlink the account, you need to be able to sign into it. You need to work with PSN to get the ban lifted, if the ban wont be lifted you cant unlink the account; Bungie wont forcibly do it for you.
