They stated in the original post about this that the %2.5 was an average. The high impact lower rate of fire auto rifles (the good ones) received a higher nerf. The high rate of fire low impact guns get less. Seeing the actual numbers makes this even worse. They've nerfed auto rifles several times already. They back door nerfed it when crota dropped by giving us zero high impact low rate of fire guns from the vanguard. They're clearly out to get the likes of Shadow Price and Suros, sucks hard. Those are, sorry were, awesome PVE guns.
