While all the others I feel are self-explanatory, I will explain why I feel Digital Downloads and Pre-Loading is wrong IMHO. The convenience is great that's obvious what may not be is it is not as competitively priced if they have a captive market, competition is good. Used game market will also die.

I've seen this brought in gameinformer a few years back. They talked about how unjust it was that developers can release an unfinished game to make deadlines and release a patch a month later to actually finish the game. As well as release patches to modify parts to change the game such as weapon damage or health when you paid for a game that shouldn't need changes.
