Rangefinder is just as guilty as Shot Package was at letting certain shotguns 1 shot kill at a farther than intended range in PVP, so why not take away this perk as well? Seeing how Canspiracy Theory-D had max range, and is awarded with Rangefinder from the Nightfall quest this issue that Bungie's trying to fix will persist until Rangefinder is removed too.
