But wouldnt the red spectre be considered the father instead of the way you put it? Considering the fact that the red death is a bastardized red spectre? Not to take away from the riddle (which was a doozy)

I gotcha. I just know eyasluna/hawkmoon and red spectre/red death have the same sorta legendary pre exotic thing going on. Only reason i didnt say red spectre...nonetheless great riddle
