NERF THE DOCTRINE OF PASSING Edit: It worked! We got it nerfed guys!
Doctrine of I Hope I Hit Something
-
Haha didn't get nerfed at all omg bungie is incompetent. Still does 15 to the head and 12 to the body... that 2.5 percent wasn't even close to moving the actual dmg value in pvp.
-
You won :D
-
They are...
-
As I looked at someone using a nerf'd doctrine of passing in the stream I don't see much of a difference. Melts in close range.
-
Edited by Silverback: 4/6/2016 10:02:51 PMI wouldnt necessarily say it got nerfed so much as it was balanced to be just as viable as a slow RoF auto. But... if ya wanna be a stickler for details... yea... slight nerf.
-
Get good kid
-
It range got little bit reduced. I call that good balance for once because is was the best option.
-
Edited by Alex The Phalax: 4/6/2016 8:47:02 PMFrom 19 per critical it will be dropped to 16 per critical at optimal range a god enough nerf imo. Edit:my mistake on claiming it was 19 dmg tested it and can confirm that it is 16
-
Lol...it still does 16 to the head and 13 to the body...hahahaha
-
Thank you, cutie! ;)
-
They literally did nothing to it, it now should do 16 damage a headshot, the exact same as it is now
-
You talk about the gun having no skill yet you use wombo combo, Sunsinger, NightStalker, lightning grenades, 1000 yard stare, and shoulder charge. I wouldn't go talking 'ish. -ATullo
-
In the stream the guy using doctrine was still doing 16 damage to the head so this "nerf" may wind up having no practical effect in crucible.
-
They just announced on the twitch stream that all high rate of fire Autos are getting a slight Nerf to damage. No joke.
-
They are buffing everything else to compete with each other, sometimes there is no need for nerf, even thought they nerfed it slightly
-
Edited by Ninja_Lazer: 4/6/2016 7:19:15 PMIt was adjusted, read patch notes tomorrow Major change: less damage per bullet
-
The problem with this autorifle isnt the damage. It is when it lands 1 headshot the opponent gets so much recoil on his aim, that he cant do damage back. So in 1vs1 it is very good because you have a Major adventage, recoil wise.
-
Don't nerf anything. BUFF other guns to make them viable options. For example: That Suros looked like it was doing some work based on what I saw in the stream. It will be interesting to see if the Doctrine will be able to compete with the focus fire Suros.
-
BRO YOU SUCK GET A KD NERD
-
Edited by lYlasterBlazor1: 4/6/2016 6:32:16 PMI'm going to go ahead and agree with most of these people. OP git gud scrub.. I believe that's how you say it right? You fgs cry nerf so -blam!-ing bad it ruined auto rifles for the longest time. Now there is one that competes with mida and tlw and you want it nerfed?????? Damn you are a waste of breathe. Everyone knows to leave that gun alone. The only ones crying nerf on it are the ones that can't get it because they suck at pvp. Before you say that I suck at pvp I have 3 adept versions of it and 2 regular versions. I've earned every single one of them. Edit: I'm looking at your characters and man you suck at this game dude. You shouldn't even be allowed to have an opinion.
-
NERF AIR BECAUSE WE DONT EVEN USE NITROGEN
NERF EVERYTHING
-
Find ways to counter it
-
Yep lets nerd autos and make them useless for another year. Stop crying for nerfs bungie will end up changing the meta they've done it like every 6 months or so. Then you'll have something else to cry about.
-
Edited by Ciudecca: 4/6/2016 6:05:15 PM-blam!- off you whiny kid. You are the ones who ruined the game. Git gud
-
I see someone nerfed you. Zero KF completions, seems fair to want something else nerfed to make you feel better
