Deployment of the April Update? Please read DeeJ or Cozmo
So Bungie will deploy the April Update around 10am their time on tuesday.... R.I.P playing as a EU player thanks to the "preparing to download" on PS4 for like 10 hours coz the update will be most likely 5+ GB.

European players have been saying that for ages. I complained for HoW. It's not going to change. Just remember if you play on 12th before the update, then all engrams will be the old ones, faction packages will be the old ones and new content won't be available. It won't be worth doing any of the daily or weekly specials. You can complete bounties to save until after the update or farm materials (weapon parts and motes) to hand in to factions If you are edging your ranks on anything, you are probably screwed until after the download
