It started when he woke up. Nothing special about it besides it even happening. No earthquakes, explosions, flashes of light, nothing. Just, nothing. He woke up in that field like he had been there forever, only he hadn't. It was cold, dark, windy. Weather you would've hated if out there long enough. That's all he knew at the moment (besides breathing). He also knew there's something that he forgot, but he had no memory of anything before he awoke. He didn't know what to do, he had no memory to work off of. He did, however, have a feeling inside him, comforting him. Like an old friend telling you something important that inspired you to do great things. But, he didn't remember anything, if there was anything to remember in the first place. Soon after he got up, it began to storm violently. The rain didn't feel nice. It was cold and unforgiving, like an old moldy yogurt. He felt this to be annoying so he searched for refuge. Eventually, after a few hours of trudging through a muddy field, he found an old cluster of rusty buildings. He entered a small, one room work shed and closed the door behind him. He then realized he didn't even know what he looked like. He decided to worry about that after he rested. All he had to do was find somewhere to sleep...
