Im personally pretty happy. Sadly, PC is not having Torbjorn nerfed for some reason. At least thats what Ive heard.

I'm perfectly okay with a Torbjorn nerf, but I disagree with how he was nerfed. I think a range limit on the turret would have been better than the unnecessary damage decrease.

Such as: Sniper rifle range Automatically snaps to targets Doesn't miss Doesn't truly "turn", just sort of phases to it's new target Never runs out of ammo Easily to replace as he can put one down the moment it's gone, or simply create a new one right before it dies. Fires the second you are aquired (which is the moment you enter it's line of sight). No spin up time needed.

He wasn't nerfed on PC because the auto aim isn't as big of an issue. Players can actually aim their weapons quick enough to destroy a Torbjorn turret.

Easiest method to take out Torbjorn is to sit behind a Reinhardt shield from the turret itself. Even then someone with a Mercy tacked on them can survive the turrets fire for long enough to destroy it. He was a pain in the ass against teams who trickled in, and chose no Tanks or Supports. Not many people realise teammates can be used as a distraction to take out the turret too.

Hopefully it's the range on the turrets. Those things do way to much damage at LONG range. Being pharah main, he's -blam!-ing annoying.

Mercy is actually going to counter Torbjörn now. Mercy heals at 50 hps, while a level 2 turret will deal 40 dps.

That's why console players had an issue with him, they can't aim as fast or accurate as on PC and suffered because of it. All they had to do was make it take a little longer to lock on. I feel like just straight up nerfing his damage might make him worthless.

It's good that it's being nerfed, but unfortunate that they nerfed the damage rather than the range and accuracy.
