Community Project: Weapon Balance Update

Title. Post your weapon balance ideas here, and I will try to create a communtiy weapon balance update that is ideal to almost everybody (those eho are a far out, ill try to include). This can be thw last patch before destiny 2, so we need to make sure bungie hears us on this. The balance update will include... No change [i]so far...[/i] My ideas - [spoiler]Pulse rifles (mid range) -red death archtype -33 (99) damage to the head, 2 burst to the head at ideal situation -mid impact (low/mid range) -30 (90) damage to the head, 3 burst to the head -low impact (close range) -reduce range -27 (72) damage to the head, 3 burst at short range -decent damge fall off Auto rifles -High impact -25 damge to the head, 8 shot kill -mid impact -20 damage to thw head, 10 shot kill -low impact -reduce range -18 damage to the head, 11 shot kill Scout rifles -High impact -50 damge to the head, 4 shot kill -"hung jury" archtype -45 damge to the head, 5 shot kill -"distant star" archtype -40 damage to the head, 6 shot kill -low impact -35 damage to the head, 7 shot kill Hand cannons -remove the amount of bloom at closer ranges, increase it at further ranges -high impact -reduce range (VERY low range) -100 to the head, 2 shot kill -mid impact -60damage to the head, 3 shot kill -low impact -50 damge to the head, 4 shot kill Shotguns -high impact = less range -low impact = more range Exotics: These buffs/nerfs are gonna balance out most exotics so im not too worried about them. Some do need a "rework" though... Pulse rifles -red death -add crowd control -encourage you to stay fighting with this. exotic, what it feels it should be played as. The buff should only be noticable in pve though -no time to explain -scoring hits put refunds 2/3 rounds. Precisions hits still return all phantom bullets. Auto rifles -hard light - reduce the weapons 'bounce' -it doesnt really shoot up, it just bounces in place, and is annoying lol - make the bullets bubble again, not a stream of light Scout rifles - no changes needed.. Hand cannons -the last word - add 25% damage when hip firing -increase range slightly -ace of spades - maverick perk procks on every kill, and refunds entiere mag in phantom bullets[/spoiler] What does everybody think?
