I've done the raid [b]17 times[/b] now with no exotic Thousand Voices drop. In my raid team of 6, one got it first [b]TWO[/b] final chests, one got it third try, one got it fifth try, and one got it eighth try. One is still yet to get it on 13 completions besides me at 17. [i]What. Is. The. Drop. Rate.[/i] It is not fair to introduce a weapon as impactful and strong as 1K Voices and not release an official drop rate. For one of my clan-mates it was a [b]100%[/b], then 33%, 20% and 12.5%. I am at a [b]5% drop chance AT BEST[/b]. I don't understand how the mess up of EP and the drop rate of those weapons didn't teach Bungie anything, that players want to know the likelihood of getting an item. EP succeeded, however, in the fact that you could infinitely farm the final bosses for the weapon drops, and when the drop chance escalated the more completions you did, it made the grind for them fun. But the raid can only be done a max of 3 TIMES A WEEK, with no drop rate increase over time without the drop. That would put my time to get this weapon (time gated mind you, I have no control over the number of completions a week) at [b]another 2 months of 3 raids a week[/b], at a 5% drop rate. I'm sorry, but this cannot fly. I get hardcore endgame content. I love the grind. But this level of RNG impact is too much. I feel as if I have no control over a factor of the endgame that is so highly impactful and necessary. 1K voices is a monster of a weapon and I've still yet to know what it's perks are, as to not spoil it for myself. This repeated and repeated and repeated raiding without it is not fair. I want to know if i'm massively unlucky, or my raid members should just by a lottery ticket.
