Unstoppable Scout Rifle Broken?
Anyone having problems with Unstoppable Scout Rifle not working? I have the artifact perk selected and have tried every SR in my inventory, both primary and energy slots, and not one of them will stun or even slow down an unstoppable champion. The icon is even highlighted on the SR when equipped. It simply won’t stun a champion.
PS… All other perks work fine, including Overload and Barrier perks.

Just to get the obvious question out of the way, you're aiming for a second or two until the unstoppable perk activates, right?
