Silence & Squall Needs a Massive PvE Buff
Silence & Squall needs a massive PvE buff against rank-and-file, majors, and bosses. I’m thinking at least a 50% buff to the base super against minor enemies at least. Possibly a 30% buff against all other enemies, except guardians.
This super is so bad that it some times doesn’t even kill minor enemies, even with a direct hit from the super.

4 RepliesThe problem is 3 fold; 1. It applies slow stacks too slowly 2. It relies on shatter damage, which is pretty weak. 3. It's movement speed and tracking are poor so it spends half it's duration chasing targets. Most of these problems are tied to pvp nerfs that bleed over into pve.
