I use the character boost at my 2nd character but....
I have unlock everything at prismatic with my warlock character but why even i use the "character boost" at my 2nd character titan some of the prismatic titan is still locked.
Like for example:
consecration, drengr's lash
shiver strike, suppressor grenade
I believe we use the "character boost" to unlock everything at prismatic and not some of them without play the campaign.
