Hand cannons need a ton of flinch.
Hand cannons need the same flinch they gave sniper rifles in PvP and they need a narrow hit box. They have too much range and too much aim assist and need a nerf.

In reality auto rifles need to actually suffer a consequence due to flinch, the AA+ forgiveness + staple high stability mean they all are virtually unaffected by flinch from anything other than a heavy machine gun
