A college student with schizophrenia gets transported to a fantasy realm. He's seen by its inhabitants as the incarnation of a myth. Less a story idea and more a character idea, but I've been cooking this one lately. She's a former mercenary, one of the best pilots in the world during the September War. Technically, she's a freelancer. Realistically, she almost always worked for the CLA. Near the end of the war, the CLA is scattered. She's shot down. Her mech was linked to her nervous system, so her brain was fried with the CPU. She went berserk on her rescuers. After being restrained, she was given an emotional inhibitor that prevents her from ever feeling the fight instinct. She's lost literally everything she once was and now has to work for the people who hate her guts for what she did during the war. Her role would basically just be support. She's there to give advice and be a liaison between former CLA groups. She's doing all this in the hopes they can get the damage fixed and to reconnect with the other CLA survivors. She'd be working for some SRW style crossover group who are just trying to keep the peace and recruit anyone who could be even remotely useful.

A member of a religious order that worships stars and starlight is trying to find a piece of ancient technology that would allow them to survive the journey inside a star, as they are on a quest to find a race of beings who according to legend lived there long ago and were the origin of the religion. Main Character finds an apparently barren planet they believe contains a crashed ship but turns out there are all sorts of hellspawn Giger-esque nightmares waiting to unearth themselves and mess up MC’s quest.

A princess is kidnapped by a rival kingdom and the king and queen are distraught and immediately send people out to find her. Only one issue, the only people left are an anarchist tabaxi rogue, a racist dwarf paladin, a human wizard who’s convinced that he’s Thor, and a floating eyeball that can talk (and break the fourth wall). They all hate each other, but they need to work together in order to find the princess. Yes this is the plot of my DnD campaign.

I have so many story ideas, that I want to turn into books and video games in the future. Here is one of them: The setting is a sort of anti-dystopia. After a nuclear war, that drove humanity to the brink of extinction, the remaining humans built a utopian city in the middle of a wasteland. In this city, there is no government and no official laws. Peace is kept by private police forces hired/funded by the ultra-rich. The story follows a doctor who has become extremely wealthy after curing a deadly virus that plagued the city for several years. Years ago, before the cure was developed, the doctor’s son caught the virus. Although the insisted on leaving the son outside to die, his wife refused to do so. So, the wife and son were both kicked out of the doctor’s home to die. Contrary to what the doctor presumed would happen, the son miraculously recovered, but his wife caught the virus from the son and died. In the present day, the doctor has grown depressed due to the guilt he feels from the loss of his family and the boredom that comes with never having to work again because of his extreme wealth. Somehow he comes across the information that his son is still alive and is now a renowned assassin. With nothing left to live for, the doctor anonymously writes to his son requesting that he assassinates the doctor himself. As a reward, the son will receive all the wealth the doctor has. So, most of the story follows the doctor trying to survive assassination from his son, because he is bored with life, and desires some sort of excitement again.
