The Stag exotic Warlock helmet is bugged and does not create a healing rift on death as intended
Hello, not much else to it besides the title. The Stag is not creating a healing rift on death, regardless if the character is using Phoenix Dive, an Empowering Rift, or even the obvious Healing Rift, even when the class ability is charged.

REPRO STEPS: 1. Equip The Stag, 2. Die.
ACTUAL RESULT: No healing rift appearing on death.
EXPECTED RESULT: A healing rift should appear on death.
