Fix melee lunge desync

this has been a problem for over a decade when will it be fixed? why does my enemy come out from the grave and punch me??? why do people always trade in this game??? is the desync that bad? are the servers that slow? is it something like a refresh rate??? is it just that all players have bad internet speeds or something? seriously this is STILL a problem a PROBLEM

Ferus Lux

Titans are the biggest offenders. They can literally slide forward through your player model so you can't melee them back.
