Its outdated text from when we only had one change. If you're trying to change your name and either of these are happening: - pressing save and it does nothing - pressing save, it says saved, then reverts back then you're picking a name that is being filtered I believe Bungie are still looking into names that were moderated unintentionally but hadn't been freed up for use, but besides that you can try variants of your old name (if it does break CoC/Name Policy it will get changed again back to Guardian) or try new names until you find one that you like and works.
