Annual pass has been purchased but Season: Echos content is unavailable

Despite purchasing the annual pass, I did not get access to the Season: Echos content. The screenshots of my account are linked above, showing my ownership of the annual pass and the missing access to Season: Echo's content. I have also been unable to sent a help request form through the following link: https://help.bungie.net/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001249571 I am willing to repurchase the annual pass to gain access to the content of Echos as well but do not believe i am able to do so without support from Bungie. Please advise on how I should proceed, thank you for your assistance and patience.
