Is scavangers tonic bug?
It gives me any weapon except the shotty

It actually seems to have the opposite of the intended effect. Got one shotty drop after an entire CoE run, but plenty of garbage handcanons and GLs. Such bullshit!

Placebo tonics.

I think all the tonics are bugged. I used a chroma rush tonic last night and got an ignition code and two soujurner's. They are actual garbage 😂.
