Did I miss a nerf? Wishender is not working right
Has the bow been nerfed? I usually get 7kish a headshot, now get 4kish. Takes 2 hits to stun champions in GMs. Always took 1.
It's very noticeable for me since it's basically all I've used for champions for the last few years.

If you're referring to last week and/or the Liminality GM in the catch up node, then its due to Oscillation being active.
