Vespers host icebreaker catalyst still bugged
Just got icebreaker and have 3 characters without second chest looted to get the catalyst. Tried to do it but it won’t give me the catalyst. Tried on 2 characters and still won’t work. Have every part of quest and triumph completed. I don’t see it as a known issue and thought they fixed the issue. Is there a fix because I can’t find anything online or still bugged and can’t get it? I completed catalyst with friend who had weapon before I got it.
