Though I don't like 90% of EVERYTHING so far that I've seen; I do enjoy two things: The gifs and videos being in threads are nice, but there will be people that will abuse that *cough* J *cough* C *cough* ; I also like the cleaner feel. Stuff that I really don't like is the comment structure New-Old, I don't like that it's a shitstorm of topics. Those are my two biggest quarrels.

  • yeah, really kinda stupid to have an inline image setting/feature without an exit/close image option or r-ehide image option and image hover preview. also, it looks cleaner, but there is 0 organization.#Bungie_what _are_you_doing #PleaseStahp the new site is too hipster, too we social media nao, lulz! no original thought or content, which i guess is OK if you want to project the idea that your supposedly original and innovative brand is actually uncreative and unoriginal. make your own way, not ripping off others.. otherwise, what's the point, man? private groups and the layout of bungie.net was fine. if you want to revamp, try taking the old style of b.net website with forums and subforums, and integrating the new features into that. and another thing: if you want to combine twatter, and the godawful EA battlelog system you could atleast do something with visual customization of titles of users or a custom background choice to have something other than blinding white. i have set the monitor brightness and contrast to 50 percent and it's still bright as hell. maybe the user's profile background is their forum background? #Feedback

  • Here are a couple of things I don't like: -No specific forums -No titles/ranks -different colors It is all a WIP though, so that's alright.

  • At first, the single-forum terrified me to death. I wondered how I would avoid drowning in a sea of information. Over time, though, I think we'll see topics develop, and you can view individual topics. This strikes me as extremely similar to Reddit and its subreddits. I like it. Your other two complaints are silly, IMO.

  • It isn't Reddit; it isn't twitter. This is Bungie making use of those forum types for discussion relevant to them, their community, and their products. It isn't perfect, but Bnet needed an major update for years, and this is a step in the right direction.

  • When it was busy, it wasn't enjoyable. Inter-forum tension was absurd. The Flood was a constant issue, while other forums were terribly under-utilized. The first page "cliff" killed many topics. I could go on. Moderating was also a nightmare; it seems the nu philosophy the mods are taking is much healthier, and I am excited at our newfound freedom in discussion topics.
