Your entitled to your judgement , but in my eye's your judgement is shallow and of no base. Split screen is something I never did like ,always preferred Co-Op from two different TV's not cutting down your view area in split screen. That being said yes Destiny was made by human hands and minds so it will have flaws. Not everyone will see things the same. Hence your entitlement to your own view of the game as we all are. And if we're idiots in your view I guess that makes you an idiot in ours....

It's based on your own belief ....... And your judging it based on a beta.........which was a tiny portion of the game .....givin just to test their servers .............too many of you are judging the game by the beta , like you all can not comprehend the fact it wasn't to give you a full taste of the game just challenge their servers......lets ask this.........Would you make a game the way you want it or the way someone else wants it.?

Then you have no idea what Bungie is about. Their own motto is, "We make games that we want to play." And they have had tremendous success following that mantra.

I think what is more true is that you feel they've lost sight of what [u]you[/u] think is fun. And that's a perfectly valid reason to be disappointed, but you can't find fault with others who aren't upset by these things. Bungie, nor any other developer, will acknowledge flaws from the community on an unreleased title. They may come forth with a statement saying something akin to, "Yes, that particular feature is bothersome." But it is almost always followed with a statement saying it has already been addressed. Keep in mind, Beta builds are always old. Most by 6 months, some by a year. But more to your point. I don't think people are defending Bungie so much as disagreeing with your viewpoint and defending a game they are growing to enjoy. Many people have admitted that there are flaws, but they are only flaws to those people who hold those beliefs. When you directly attack them with a caustic attitude, you must know that you'll receive the same attitude back tenfold. Especially on the internet and [u]most[/u] [u]definitely[/u] in this particular forum. Everything you listed as a flaw in your OP has been discussed and argued over at great length here. And because people don't share your same view doesn't mean they aren't valid opinions. But you're right, anyone using the same attitude towards you also weakens their position. And as a side note, I didn't defend Bungie in my reply. I just pointed out their motto and how you misinterpreted it. See you star side, if you decide to give the game another shot.
