I'm not mad for the fact that PS3/4 get exclusives, after all, we get a month of CoD content (not that I actually like the franchise). But.... A year? Three sets of armor, some skins, one multiplayer map and a co-op strike. Sure, I could give it an extra wait of one or two months. Would sting, of course, but I'd be over it. But being denied for a whole year? Geeze, and here I thought releasing a multi-platform game would result in equal for all... Yes, yes, I know Activision payed more than Microsoft for the exclusives, and that it's good Bungie reaches out to their least-experienced community. But a year does seem very harsh. Especially when even parts of the future DLCs will be locked. I just hope this won't erupt in a trend...

I agree. Even though it's business and it's fair, I'm still a little pissed.

I do have to agree with this just because of the time frame that they are keeping it away from the Xbox community. Yes all of the CoD exclusives with come for xbox that earlier time but it is still only there for a month or so and then it is released into the PS community. This is gonna sting a ton for me because I wanna discover anything and everything that there is as soon as I can but for us in the Xbox community, we will just have to suffer for a year until it is shared with the rest of us... =(

I don't like what these sorts of things do to gaming community in general. It just keeps the stupid console wars going and in the end we're all just enjoying gaming. And I really wanted to play TR2 because I loved the first and I heard it's Xbone exclusive.. Feels stupid to release first to all platforms and then make sequel exclusive. This has really been a bit weird lately.

I agree. As a ps4 owner I find more often than not we get the raw end of the deal for exclusives and I'm tired of it in general. We need true cross platform games where I can play with my Xbox buddies from my ps instead of these dumb exclusives. If a system needs to have exclusives to make money it must not be unique enough to merit it's existence.

Hope it hurts. Recognize.

Well, we are all pretty lucky to have this game. Some gamers that can't afford at least one of these consoles (They probably could though if you could afford to get Destiny) resort to the towering boxes bigger than ours and the thinnest, portable systems that can do more with less space. This people many never get Destiny, if they do, they could wait weeks, months, perhaps years for this game. They will probably go back to WoW or LoL.

I have to admit a year of timed exclusives sounds kinda long time. But luckily it shouldnt have any effect to the game in a long run. Inreally just hope all the platforms get a good quality experience! I saw some ps3 footage and was relieved that it looked great. I was most worried about that one. But those armor exclusives and all arent they some low/mid level gear? So they just kinda help you out a little.

Well, I'm not that interested that PS owners get armor and skins. It's just cosmetic in my eyes. The multiplayer map? For all we know it could turn out to be the worst of them all, actually freeing us Xbox players from even testing it. It's just that Strike.... Strikes are supposed to be the endgame of a map; one last hurdle before continuing, while Raids are on a game-wide scale. To my knowledge the exclusive Strike's name is "Dust Palace", probably on Mars with Cabals. If PS owners can finish that mission on Mars, thus completing the planet and moving on, a year before we (xbox) can? I for one would feel that Mars would be incomplete. A possible solution could be to include two Strikes on Mars, with "Dust Palace" being the non-story optional one. But I don't have my hopes especially high up.

Ah yea sorry I totally forgot those exclusives. Well that sucks. And it really is kinda weird it's a full year when they even release an expansion within that year. I guess money really talks. But then again, us PS owners have totally incompetent network compared to xbone. x) I'm trying to find some positive sides of this!
-
And I thank you for trying to find positive things with this, without starting to brag and calling me things. Much appreciated. ^

Nah I'm old enough not to be dragged down to those console wars. People choose their products for financial reasons and what they prefer. And that's why I think it's weird that game is released for 4 consoles but 2 of em get a year of exclusives. I hope they bear a very very little impact on full product though.

So do I... So do I.
-
Yeah, can you imagine if they made it PS exclusive? A whole Bungie franchise restricted to one console... that sure would suck.

I might kill myself...

Like Halo lol
