What I do not like is that once you reach a certain level, all enemies have the chance to drop legendary. Yesterday I was bullying lvl 2's for a bounty and after 50 kills, I got 2 legendary engrams. They should at least keep it to a certain lvl enemy and above drop them.

id rather youll have to fight enemies at least 2 levels higher than you to have a chance for purples, around your levels blues, lower than 2 greens

Upon further investigation, they were merely blues, my mistake.
