So basically bungie were to confident to land game of the year but they failed. 2 lf the main reasons for the 7.8 on destiny in IGN is lack of story , lack of content. And now deej creates a post that people who will buy the dark below will have a surprise. LOLOLOLOL , it's not kinder surprise we won't get a toy.... so yeah destiny won't be game of the year it's 7.8 Such as assassins creed unity with a 7.9 and watchdogs with an 8.6 ( atleast watchdogs pwnd destiny's ass ) whole Cod is 9.1 , so my guess cod and assassins creed rogue will fight for the game of the year , as it's rating has not yet been released.
